What is this?

We're bridging the gap between small business vendors and local influencers — no contracts, no fees, just real community-powered partnerships. This is a gifted-only program where small businesses provide a product (valued between $50–$100), and in return, influencers share two posts on social media.

How does it work?

For Vendors:

  • Opt in through the vendor application

    Provide a gifted product (or bundle) worth $50–$100

  • Have an active Instagram or TikTok

  • Your info will be featured in a private vendor gallery for influencers to browse

  • You’ll be matched with a creator who aligns with your brand

  • They’ll pick up your product at the market or ahead of time

For Influencers:

  • Apply using our short form

  • Browse the participating vendor gallery and choose your top picks

  • Post 1x before the market promoting the event

  • Post 1x featuring your gifted item (at the event or within 48 hours)

  • Tag the brand and @pinksocialclubok with our campaign hashtag

FAQs for vendors

Do influencers get paid?

No — this is a gifted-only collaboration. Influencers receive product in exchange for posting.

What if I don’t want to participate as a vendor?

Totally fine — the program is 100% optional.

What if I want to gift a lower-value item?

We ask for gifts in the $50–$100 range, but you can submit a value you're comfortable with. We’ll let influencers know upfront.

Can I gift to more than one influencer?

Yes! Just let us know in your application.

How do I sign up to be part of the program?

Fill out our short form. We’ll ask for your social media handle(s), niche, and top vendor picks. Once approved, you’ll receive next steps via email.

Do I get to choose the vendor I partner with?

Yes! You’ll browse a private list of participating vendors and submit your top 3 picks. We’ll match you based on availability and alignment.

What are the post requirements?

We ask for:

  1. One post or story before the event promoting the Pumpkins & Pearls Market

  2. One post or story featuring your gifted product, either during the market or within 48 hours after.

You must tag the vendor and @pinksocialclubok and use our event hashtag (we’ll provide all the details when you're confirmed!).

What kind of product will I receive?

Each vendor will list the estimated value and a brief description of the product(s) they’re gifting. You’ll see this before choosing.

Do I have to attend the event to participate?

We highly encourage you to attend so you can engage with your matched brand and enjoy the full experience — but if your schedule prevents it, we may still match you with a vendor offering pre-event delivery.
